Fern Path exists for young people, school teams and families, who need thoughtful, grounded support - the kind that notices early, listens deeply and builds clarity, connection and shared understanding. After 26 years in education, SEND, leadership and alternative provision, I’ve learned that people truly thrive when their needs are recognised and their voice is heard. Fern Path was created to offer that kind of support - compassionate, curious and grounded in the belief that together we can notice more, understand more and create space for small shifts that make a big difference for everybody involved.
